Melbourne Art 2007 (Part 1)

PHESP Review: Melbourne art 2007

(Part 1 of 3)
ESPV recently had the pleasure of walking around Melbourne's CBD streets and was stoked to find a number of large alleyways had been developed from crappy piss-smelling alleys into designated graffiti/streetart areas. As you can see, it has certainly brightened up the place a bit. From the looks of the vast amount of artwork from mixed artists, Melbourne/Australia is doing well to keep the graffiti/streetart scenes alive.

These photos are part 1 of 3… more to come..
Enjoy!

Wow! Must have been amazing to actually be there and see it all with your own eyes.

It was indeed a joyful pleasure Maxrock.. and kinda a surprise too. Some hardcore-old school graffiti artists might be against designated legal graffiti areas because its not 'illegal' enough, but I for one welcome it.

It makes a piss-ridden alley suddenly shed its dirty aura and present us with all its beauty....I definitely approve!
