Wooden Skyscraper
Originally, the plans for this house in Archangelsk were meant to be for a 2-floor design, but ex-Russian gangster, Nikolai Sutyagin decided that the sky was the limit and defied the planning authorities (not that they were gonna do much about it anyway!) to create a 13 floor wooden monster of a house.....with his bare hands!
Heaps of respect go out to this dude.

It's extremely creepy because I've been having nightmares about this house ever since I was 12 years old. Not about the man. Just the house. The weirdest part about it is that I was having these dreams six years before construction on this house ever began. These types of things don't normally happen to me but seeing this house in the news was rather startling.
