hmmm... so many to choose from, I would have to say Ninja Scroll simply because it was one of the first Mangas I watched years ago, but these days some of the newer releases have far more impressive graphics, I think the new Blade of the Immortal series is fucking amazing! (thanx to Selph for posting about this)
Tekkon Kinkreet! This adaptation was impressively done. Especially considering it was made by an American living and working in Japan! See Peebody's review here: http://espvisuals.blogspot.com/2008/03/tekkon-kinkreet.html
The animation was colourful, rich and highly detailed....my new fave without a doubt!
Ah, that's a tough one. Akira would probably have to be my favorite...as far as series it's impossible to pick. Robotech, Bleach, Fruits Basket, Ranma 1/2 and Azumanga Daioh would probably be my current top 5.
I is very hard to pick one as I love anime so much but for the time being full metal alchemist. I have watched this series 4 times and Im still not tired of it. I also think tekkon kinkreet kicked but thanks selph for telling me about it.
