ok....he was good...better than any other Joker previously, but award? hmm thats a tough one! DO we feel a lil guilty cos hes not with us on this earth anymore? Possibly...
Overall, I say NO....(but maybe that's also cos I cant remember any good actors from the past year)
poor guy....he's gotten more attention dead than he dead when he was alive. Howevr, I really enjoyed the Batman film and I sa he should win an Oscar.
Yes he should be nominated. His performance in Dark Knight was amazing.
yea, I think he deserves best supporting actor, maybe not best actor, although there werent many actors in 2008 that impressed me more.. but I think you would have to be numb in the head to think his performance was not good, so he deff deserves to be nominated for an award i reckon...
Yup. And he deserves the Oscar mainly coz it was the best performance if u look at the other nominees...
Taking a character everybody knows, and give it a new twist is not easy at all...
Ledger's performance as the Joker was one of the best performances this year, despite any other circumstances. He deserves to be nominated.
The question should be why he doesn't deserve one. Let's see who can reply to that.
