Bacon AT-AT and AK47

The 3-ft. tall Bacon AT-AT Walker is constructed using 40 lbs. of bacon stuck to a foam base. This porky monstrosity took 21 straight-hours of work to build and probably about a quarter of that to eat.

TIE Fighter Bramblebot Custom

Kirkland Jue of the infamous Toybot Studios Blog has created a sick-looking TIE-Fighter custom Bramblebot for the new show at Super7 entitled, 'It came From Skullbrain II"....

Backstory: A Tie-Fighter crash-landed on the World War Robots planet.

A band of Tomorrows Kings were scavenging the ship for parts and felt sorry for the pilot who was dying due to his injuries.

Just like the Six Million Dollar man, they decided to re-build him using parts from a Bramble and re-cruited him to fight against the Robots!

The original Bramblebot by 3A Toys.

Hoth Base Diorama Lego Custom

I know I know. This is the millionth lego custom I have posted but they just seem to be getting better and better!
The 5' x10' Hoth base diorama consists of 60,000 pieces and has cool features such as 50 real LED lights and a remote controlled mechanism that deploys troops from the AT-ATs. Created by Mark Borlase, he spent about $3,000 and over 4 years in the making to complete this diorama. What a beautiful loser!
(Click to enlarge and see that he has also added footprints to the snow!!!! WTF!)

Overall view of interior of Echo base. Lights from "Life Lites"

He tried to match some of the interior views that I found in the book "The Art of Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back".

Interior view with custom down lights, runway lights, custom walkway.

Sick bay with cutom medical droid and bacta tank.

Hoth battle with 2 custom ATAT walkers

Meteor Crash in Peru

Eyewitnesses watched a fiery ball fall from the sky and smash into the remote Andean plain near the Bolivian border on Saturday, local media reported.

The crater left by the object is 65ft wide and 20ft deep
When villagers went to investigate, they encountered fetid, noxious gases, according to local health officials.

Jorge Lopez, director of the health department in the southern state of Puno, 800 miles south of Lima, said at least 200 people had become ill after inhaling "toxic" fumes emanating from the resulting crater.

It [the object] is buried in the earth," local resident Heber Mamani told the BBC.

"That is why we are asking for an analysis because we are worried for our people. They are afraid. A bull is dead and some other animals are already sick," he said.

Three geologists from Peru's Geophysics Institute are on their way to the site to determine whether it was, in fact, a meteorite, and are expected to present a report on the incident on Thursday.

Sounds scary to me! It's like War Of The Worlds and Independence rolled into one. I just hope that on Thursday, they tell us it was just a cow that exploded due to an overload of methane gas and that's why everyone's feeling sick.
