It is true. Visions can be materialised.
With ambitions financed to infinitum; an unrelenting quest to achieve all that is desired is possible - even against seemingly loopy project timescales. Low and behold, Residence Antillia rises from the ground.
What is integrated design engineering?
How do you make 130m tall buildings stay safe in an earthquake? By putting a pendulum in the middle of it?
Ask me a question.

The tube (underground) is too hot in the summer....what can London Underground do to solve this dilemma....any words of wisdom?
I AGREE WITH BUFIONE. IS THERE SOME ARCHAIC INFRASTRUCTURE UNDERLYING THE SURFACE OF THIS CITY WHICH COULD BE TRANSFORMED...THROUGH FINANCE INFINITUM..TO SOLVE THIS?
A MATTER OF "RUES EQUATION" I THINK.
I've noticed Bufiones question is still unanswered after three or four days...is this a weekly blog or what?
Utilise the hundreds of thousands of litres of water which gets pumped out of tunnels daily as a thermo heat exchange with the air in the tube system. As I write this I realise BBC has just covered it in todays news. How coincidental.
2. Stick cooling coils in all the air inlet shafts for the tube and chill all incoming air.
3. Get all passengers to carry on board a sphere of phase change material which is cold and solid as they board and warm and liquid as they alight, depositing the sphere at a collection point as they exit the station.
4. Get everyone to lower their metabolic rate whilst on the tube by meditation and communal deep tissue massages.
